Everyone deserves to feel safe and to be treated with respect. We at the Fines Unit are here to help you resolve your outstanding debts.

When you contact us, you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect, and we expect the same in return. We understand that sometimes dealing with outstanding debts can be frustrating, but if you cross the line by threatening, intimidating or verbally abusing our staff, we cannot help you and you will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Scams and alerts

Every day, scammers send out spam emails, text messages, notices, letters or correspondence, and make phone calls to random, unknown recipients for the purposes of being deceitful to innocent people. The subject of these scams can sometimes be fines or state debt related, go to the scams and alerts page to read more.
