When you contact us, you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect, and we expect the same in return. We understand that sometimes dealing with outstanding debts can be frustrating, but if you cross the line by threatening, intimidating or verbally abusing our staff, we cannot help you and you will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
